Deep Sea Resort Terms for Booking & Payments

These Deep Sea Resort Terms outline the conditions governing bookings, payments, cancellations and guest responsibilities at Deep Sea Resort Neil Island.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or confirming a booking, guests agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


2. Deep Sea Resort Terms for Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Valid government ID is mandatory at check-in.
• Advance payment may be required to secure reservations.
• Online payments are processed via secure third-party gateways or redirected booking systems.

⚠️ Once payment is successfully processed, the booking is considered confirmed and subject to our cancellation policy.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations and refunds are strictly governed by our published Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

By completing payment, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these policies.

No refunds apply during peak season (15th November to 15th January).


4. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:

• The guest agrees to first contact Deep Sea Resort directly for resolution.
• Disputes raised without prior communication may be contested with supporting booking records and policy agreements.
• By making payment, the guest authorizes the resort to provide booking confirmation, IP logs, and transaction details to financial institutions for dispute resolution.


5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM
Check-out: 09:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.


6. Guest Conduct

The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove any guest engaging in unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior without refund.


7. Force Majeure

Deep Sea Resort shall not be liable for cancellations, ferry disruptions, weather conditions, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.


8. Limitation of Liability

The resort shall not be responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Travel delays
• Indirect or consequential damages

Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India.
