1. Refund Policy Overview
Refunds at Deep Sea Resort are processed strictly according to our official cancellation policy. The refund amount depends on the number of days prior to the check-in date when cancellation is requested.
2. Cancellation & Refund Charges
Refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges as per the following structure:
0–7 days before check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be charged (No refund).
7–20 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
20–30 days before check-in: 25% of the booking amount will be charged.
30 days or more before check-in: 10% of the booking amount will be charged.
3. Peak Season Policy
For bookings with stay dates between 15th November and 15th January, no refunds will be issued regardless of the cancellation date.
4. No-Show & Early Check-Out
No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
No refunds will be issued for unused nights or early departures after check-in.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway provider.
6. Third-Party Bookings
If the booking was made through an online travel agency (OTA), refund requests must be processed through the respective platform according to their terms and conditions.
